Wet chemical kitchen fire extinguishers are foam fire extinguishers that have passed Singapore Standards EN3 Class F fire tests. Unlike regular foam extinguishers, these are significantly more powerful, capable of extinguishing even the most ferocious deep fryer fires.

Deep fry fires are extremely dangerous to suppress with traditional powder or water-based extinguishers. Instead of putting out the fires, they will end up endangering the operator. We strongly advise that all kitchens, whether residential or commercial, have a Class F fire extinguisher.
